4Castle turns a corporate satire into a slow-burning power ballad, and the conceit holds because they commit to it: “He walks on spreadsheets, multiplies believers” is the kind of line that earns its grandeur instead of winking at it. Coming after the late ache of “Vision & Values,” this one leans all the way into theatrical scope, building at a patient pace with the mock-gospel swell of late-period Pink Floyd, and the late spoken-word interlude (“Disruption isn’t easy. But it’s necessary.”) earns its keep by stripping the arrangement bare before the final high-register chorus comes crashing back. The clipped call-and-response section, “(Productivity) - Down, (Morale) - Shattered,” is the sharpest writing here, a bulletin of collapse delivered with a straight face. The grandeur asks for your full attention rather than handing you an instant hook, but it lands cleanly as a piece of storytelling.
